Enterprise Data Protection
Version 1.025 February 2026
Enterprise Data Protection (EDP) refers to the set of security, privacy, and compliance controls implemented to protect organizational data processed by AI-powered services such as InfoMemo, InfoProfile, InfoQueries and other similar platforms within the Ensowebworks Platforms ecosystem. These protections ensure that user prompts, AI responses, and associated organizational data are handled securely and in accordance with enterprise privacy commitments and regulatory requirements.
I. PROTECTION OF PROMPTS AND AI RESPONSES
Interactions with AI services involve:
Prompts - questions or instructions entered by users
Responses - content generated by the AI system
Under enterprise data protection controls:
Prompts and responses are treated as organizational data.
Data is protected using encryption in transit and at rest.
Strict data isolation ensures that information from one organization or user environment is not accessible to another.
II. PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING
User data remains private and is processed only for the purpose of delivering the service requested by the user or organization.
Key privacy commitments include:
- Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- User prompts, responses, and internal organizational data are not shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
- Data processing follows internal privacy policies and contractual data protection commitments.
III.ENTERPRISE ACCESS CONTROLS
AI services within the platform respect the organization's existing access controls and security policies.
This includes:
- User authentication and identity management
- Role-based access control for sensitive information
- Application of data classification or sensitivity labels where applicable
- Enforcement of retention and deletion policies
- Logging and auditing of AI interactions for security and compliance monitoring
IV. PROTECTION OF PROMPTS AND AI RESPONSES
Enterprise AI services include safeguards to mitigate risks associated with generative AI technologies.
These safeguards include:
- Protection against malicious prompts or prompt-injection attempts
- Detection of harmful or inappropriate AI outputs
- Monitoring mechanisms to ensure responsible use of AI capabilities
- Content protection mechanisms addressing copyright or intellectual-property concerns
V. AI MODEL TRAINIG AND DATA USE
User data processed within enterprise AI services is not used to train foundation AI models.
Specifically:
- User prompts
- AI responses
- Organizational content accessed by the AI system
- are used only to generate the requested response and are not incorporated into model training datasets.
